Should My Restaurant Let AI Answer the Phone?
Every time a restaurant owner asks this on Reddit the thread gets downvoted, and the replies come back to a number the question never includes. Count your missed calls for a month first. If it is four a week and they all landed after close, no AI phone system is going to earn its fee.
